Fantasy has always fascinated me because it lets us explore very real questions through extraordinary worlds.

The Ballad of the Emerald Bard began in an unexpected place. Long before El'Mindeeya Do'Katal appeared in my novels, she was a character I created for an MMO roleplaying community. What started as a single bard gradually grew into poems, stories, journals, and eventually an entire world.

Years later, that character became Deeya, the heart of a planned six-book fantasy series.

Why I Write

I love stories where the greatest victories aren't always won by the strongest warrior.

Deeya isn't the greatest fighter in the world. She isn't the greatest singer who ever lived. She's a survivor, a spy, a musician, and someone who refuses to stop finding hope even when the world gives her every reason to surrender.

Her journey blends sword-and-sorcery adventure with character-driven storytelling, music-based magic, found family, ancient mysteries, and consequences that continue to grow across the series.
